Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking guidance on benefits and related life events.
  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and supplemental benefit programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end benefits enrollment, life event, and termination processes.
  • Support annual open enrollment by helping design communication materials and leading employee sessions.
  • Audit invoices and maintain compliance with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Assist with the leave of absence process in partnership with the TPA and Payroll teams.
  • Lead the reasonable accommodations process with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve the benefits experience.
  • Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to resolve benefits issues and maintain service quality.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR operations.
  • Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. benefit plans, HR policies, and programs.
  • Knowledge of employment law and workplace compliance standards is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to explain policies clearly and empathetically.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
