Description

  • Support the HRBP and HR Generalist II in coordinating and executing core HR programs, including performance management cycles, employee changes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes through documentation, tracking, follow-up, and offboarding coordination.
  • Support documentation and tracking of employee relations matters, including case materials, summaries, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in employee relations discussions and meetings as appropriate for development while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support select stages of the recruiting process, including interview coordination, candidate communications, interviews, and debrief discussions.
  • Assist with employee and manager inquiries and help communicate HR processes and policies consistently.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and support audits, compliance documentation, reporting, and data collection.
  • Support compensation and benefits-related processes, including data collection and reporting for total rewards activities.
  • Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives through research, data analysis, process reviews, recommendations, and implementation support.
  • Partner with HR team members on priority initiatives and present findings and insights as needed.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field; internships are applicable.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exposure to employee relations processes and case management (preferred development opportunity).
  • Participation in HR programs such as performance management and engagement initiatives (preferred development opportunity).
  • Insight into talent acquisition and hiring processes (preferred development opportunity).
  • Experience working with HR systems and data, and visibility into HR business partnership and organizational dynamics (preferred development opportunity).
