Description

  • Manage fulfillment across multiple marketplaces for China-based brands selling in U.S. e-commerce.
  • Build competitive fulfillment contract models based on each brand’s GMV potential and market opportunities.
  • Translate long-term brand goals into actionable strategies and help teams execute against them.
  • Monitor account health through daily performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.
  • Take decisive action to address performance gaps and keep brands on track.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Lead brand communications, manage feedback, and coordinate project delivery with precision.
  • Prepare brand reporting with actionable recommendations and lead weekly business reviews.
  • Track questions and follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved and results are achieved.

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services preferred.
  • 5–6+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually.
  • Project management or account management experience, especially with brands importing from China.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and engage confidently with C-level executives and support teams.
  • Strong independent and team management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with excellent writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver results on time.
  • Experience in a non-linear career path is welcome, and a college degree is not strictly required.
