Description

  • Manage a portfolio of some of Realtor.com’s largest subscription customers to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and generate revenue through upsells of new and existing products.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise relationships by selling emergent products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales Leadership to develop customer profiles and sales strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and solutions expert for strategic customers with complex needs.
  • Own the renewal process for customers in the Strategic Accounts Manager’s book of business.
  • Lead and develop the sales workforce by setting goals, directing work, and coaching team members.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics such as dials, utilization, successful activities, and closes.
  • Partner with other departments to improve technology use, efficiency, quality, culture, and overall performance.
  • Travel within the western territory and meet enterprise clients in person, including at offices and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Experience tracking, measuring, and being accountable to defined KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to influence decisions across functions and with senior leadership.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Strong self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible schedule and strong sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Docs.
  • Business travel required 50% or more of the time in the western territory.
