Description

  • Develop and execute data-driven brand growth strategies that increase GMV, traffic, conversion, profitability, and market share across ecommerce channels.
  • Lead and mentor a pod of Brand Strategy Managers through coaching, accountability, and ongoing development.
  • Build strategic partnerships with brands to secure incremental marketing funding and improve return on investment.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Merchandising, Creative, Content, and Channel teams to identify growth opportunities and improve execution speed.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to inform business decisions and optimize channel performance.
  • Own multi-channel growth initiatives across major retail marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, reporting efficiencies, and incrementality opportunities to scale performance.
  • Influence executive-level decisions and shape strategic brand investments.
  • Support a high-performing team responsible for traffic, conversion, profitability, and market share expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven track record of scaling brands across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, and other major digital retail channels.
  • Experience building and leading multi-channel brand marketing strategies, including media planning, catalog optimization, and search growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, ROAS, contribution margin, and market share.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience influencing internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree is not required.
  • Preferred/alternative backgrounds and non-linear career paths are welcome.
  • Must reside in one of the states eligible for the Work Your Way program.
