Description

  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for shared web tooling and operator-facing products used by finance teams.
  • Support and evolve a portfolio of internal platforms and workflow systems, from mature tools to new capabilities.
  • Work closely with R&D and end users to understand needs, validate problems, and deliver solutions.
  • Lead product discovery for new features and improvements focused on usability, clarity, and operator efficiency.
  • Help shape AI-assisted capabilities within workflows so they are useful, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • Partner with engineers to define shared web frameworks and components that support efficient development and consistent UX.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform needs, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to support a healthy, high-performing team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and driving outcomes through strong relationships.
  • Experience with, or curiosity about, operator-facing or workflow-driven products and simplifying complex systems.
  • Comfort working closely with engineers and engaging in technical discussions about system design and architecture.
  • Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including large language models, prompt design, evaluation, and trade-offs.
  • Understanding of how AI can support human decision-making while maintaining transparency and trust.
  • Ability to learn quickly and synthesize inputs from users, data, and technical contexts to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt storytelling to different audiences.
  • Commitment to user-centered, data-informed product development.
  • Interest in platforms and shared tooling that enable teams while maintaining a strong user experience.
  • Experience with internal tools, financial systems, or workflow-based products, or willingness to learn in this space.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing decisions through insight.
