Description

  • Serve as the pod’s grocery retail and CPG domain expert and deepen into a vertical as the team scales.
  • Embed with partner teams to identify business problems where agentic AI can improve day-to-day operations.
  • Lead structured discovery workshops at partner sites and prioritize the use case map.
  • Translate partner needs and field learnings into clear requirements for the pod and R&D.
  • Lead hands-on demos and platform walkthroughs tailored to partner workflows.
  • Drive change management efforts that help deployments stick, including workflow redesigns, training, and new operating cadences.
  • Build trust across partner organizations, from individual contributors to executives.
  • Operate in a field-first model with regular on-site partner engagement and significant travel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of layered experience across grocery retail or CPG, B2B consulting, and ideally a technology or AI company.
  • Deep domain fluency in at least one grocery vertical such as merchandising, supply chain, store operations, e-commerce, trade marketing, or CPG.
  • Demonstrated ability to run consultative discovery with senior enterprise stakeholders and turn findings into structured requirements.
  • Experience leading organizational change management, including training, workflow redesign, and adoption of new cadences.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with the ability to present to both C-suite and operational audiences.
  • Proficiency with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, and workshop facilitation tools such as Miro or Lucidspark.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, including LLMs and agentic systems, is preferred.
  • Exposure to agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM-based product development is preferred.
  • Experience with Snowflake, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, TPM/TPO tools, and POS systems is preferred.
  • Track record contributing to product and engineering roadmap discussions through structured voice-of-customer feedback is preferred.
  • Experience using data and storytelling to influence decisions and secure investment in operational improvements is preferred.
  • Prior work in a forward-deployed, embedded, or startup environment is preferred.
