Description

Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, product owners, engineers, designers, marketers, and other partners to develop promotion tools for artists.
Identify high-impact product opportunities based on customer needs and execute improvement initiatives.
Define product success metrics and build dashboards to monitor product health and performance.
Develop and test hypotheses with data scientists to generate actionable insights.
Run experiments that improve customer engagement, product experience, and business outcomes.
Inform the development of self-serve product instrumentation and reporting.
Contribute to data science best practices and team learning.
Promote rigorous, data-informed decision-making across product development.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a comparable Data Scientist role.
Degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with product analytics, including defining success metrics, exploratory analysis, and presenting product recommendations.
Experience using experimentation to guide product development.
Hands-on experience with Python, dbt, BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Ability to communicate insights persuasively to audiences with varied data science experience.
Advertising experience is preferred.
Ability to work from the New York office and collaborate within the Eastern time zone.

Base salary of $94,584–$135,121 USD plus equity.
