Description

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to set goals, analyze user engagement, and evaluate marketplace experiments.
Develop measurement frameworks, metrics, and reporting systems for marketplace and user insights.
Align cross-functional stakeholders on analytical priorities and roadmaps.
Design and analyze experiments.
Investigate user behavior and marketplace dynamics.
Analyze business trends and diagnose performance drivers.
Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and the broader data community to strengthen data culture.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a similar function.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Experience creating visualizations with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Proficiency in communicating analytical insights to business partners.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and prioritizing analytics roadmaps.
Experience applying statistics and experiment design in a business context.
Experience with Python, R, Julia, or another data-oriented language.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Experience with a two-sided marketplace preferred.
Experience with causal inference, predictive modeling, or advanced statistical methods preferred.
