Description

  • Develop microservices in a distributed deployment environment using containerized infrastructure.
  • Build highly scalable mobile internet backends for millions of users.
  • Work with project managers and developers to define features and user stories for new and revised applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to user stories, architecture patterns, and standards.
  • Respond to production support calls to diagnose and repair issues quickly.
  • Participate in team ceremonies such as planning, grooming, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor less experienced team members.
  • Contribute to the core logic of complex systems rather than simple CRUD applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Must be based in Europe or Latin America.
  • Preferred experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and iBATIS.
  • Strong experience with highly scalable web backends.
  • Experience designing highly transactional systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in object-oriented design and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in application design and engineering functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in building resilient and maintainable software.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern behavior-driven testing techniques.
  • Deep understanding of microservices.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Expert knowledge of technologies such as RabbitMQ, MySQL, and Redis.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud solutions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
