Description

  • Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Implement features and bug fixes based on requirements from senior engineers and technical leads.
  • Participate in software design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve codebases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Java; Java 17+ is preferred.
  • Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Hibernate or JPA.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and basic exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Familiarity with Docker and AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Familiarity with GenAI practices, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
