Description

  • Ensure the quality of every release and decide what is ready for launch.
  • Test web and Android/iOS platforms using black-box, white-box, integration, and performance methods.
  • Write test plans, test cases, and test reports based on feature requirements.
  • Track, record, and analyze product issues and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
  • Create automated test cases for web, mobile, and API workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests, test frameworks, and CI improvements.
  • Review designs and code and provide constructive feedback to teammates.
  • Participate in requirements and acceptance-criteria discussions to improve clarity and testability.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and help improve team quality practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing.
  • Experience with manual testing for web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
  • Experience with web debugging and API testing tools such as Chrome DevTools and Postman.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL.
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Experience with test automation for REST APIs.
  • Experience with mobile app automation testing for Android and iOS.
  • Experience with web app automation testing using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Experience developing and running a continuous integration system.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, is preferred.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be based in the EU timezone for daily collaboration.
