Description

  • Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests for funding, payments, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Build and maintain Python and Playwright test automation suites.
  • Validate REST APIs, file-based integrations, data pipelines, and financial data accuracy.
  • Write SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and defect investigation.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
  • Perform performance and load testing to assess scalability and transaction processing.
  • Test responsive web applications across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
  • Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to develop, maintain, and analyze tests.
  • Develop AI-assisted testing solutions and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies and report defects, metrics, and testing insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience covering manual and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, pytest, and/or Robot Framework.
  • Strong Playwright experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and data validation.
  • Experience testing REST APIs with Postman or code-based frameworks.
  • Experience implementing automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust.
  • Experience testing responsive applications across browsers and devices.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered tools in software testing workflows.
  • 3+ years working in Agile/Scrum teams and availability during US Eastern Time business hours.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: experience in FinTech, payments, lending, loan servicing, financial reconciliation, file-based integrations, LLM APIs, Jira, or Confluence.
