Description

  • Lead end-to-end QA strategy across web, Android, iOS, and API products.
  • Perform black-box, white-box, integration, and performance testing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Write test plans, test cases, and test reports based on feature requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and report product issues to the relevant stakeholders for correction.
  • Participate in requirements discussions, challenge acceptance criteria, and improve testability.
  • Create and maintain automated test cases for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Develop automated test frameworks and improve test efficiency through analysis and optimization.
  • Improve the continuous integration pipeline and help automate software engineering processes.
  • Review designs and code from other team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and help establish better quality processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA engineering experience with full-stack testing.
  • Proven experience leading QA teams or QA initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing.
  • Experience with manual testing for web, Android, iOS, and APIs.
  • Experience with web debugging and API testing tools such as Chrome DevTools and Postman.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL.
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Experience automating REST API tests.
  • Experience automating tests for mobile apps on Android and iOS.
  • Experience automating tests for web apps using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Experience developing and running a continuous integration system.
  • Docker and Kubernetes experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB, is preferred.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Must be based in the EU timezone for daily collaboration with the team.
