Description

  • Review and validate AI-generated test results for accuracy, completeness, and false positives or negatives.
  • Perform manual test execution, targeted exploratory testing, and edge-case testing on high-risk workflows.
  • Own QA strategy and execution for the squad, including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions.
  • Write, maintain, and expand automated tests in Playwright using Page Object Model design patterns.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot to generate test cases, debug failures, and accelerate automation coverage.
  • Report defects, track bugs, and provide actionable product improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborate with development, product management, delivery, and customer support teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Communicate clearly while managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Support triage of complex application issues with Customer Support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a QA role with both manual and automated testing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright, or strong experience with a modern automation framework such as Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO and willingness to ramp quickly on Playwright.
  • Proven ability to create test plans, define test strategies, and make risk-based release readiness decisions.
  • Familiarity with Xray or a comparable test management tool integrated with Jira.
  • Strong Jira proficiency, including ticket workflows, bug reporting, sprint board management, and defect classification.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Clear understanding of what it means to own code quality for a development team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate test activities across multiple teams.
  • 4+ years of experience with Playwright (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce or testing Salesforce-based applications (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce debugging logs or similar platform-level diagnostic tools (preferred).
  • Prior experience in legal technology or document management products (preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI testing concepts such as output validation, hallucination detection, or confidence scoring (preferred).

  • Estimated base salary range of $100,000-$110,000.
