Description

  • Call and email prospective families to introduce the program, answer initial questions, and schedule calls or campus visits.
  • Reach out to gyms, clubs, training centers, and other athletic facilities to build partnership pipelines.
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from parents and partners and route them to the next step.
  • Run discovery conversations to understand family goals and partner fit.
  • Own and update the CRM by logging every call, email, note, and contact record.
  • Manage daily activity against clear outreach targets.
  • Share weekly updates on activity, pipeline, and outcomes with leadership.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, admissions, or a high-volume customer-facing role.
  • Comfortable making phone calls throughout the day and handling rejection professionally.
  • Strong written communication with warm, professional, on-brand emails and follow-ups.
  • Able to stay organized, meet daily activity targets, and manage multiple open conversations.
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by clear goals and visible results.
  • Comfort using AI tools to research prospects, draft outreach, and speed up repetitive work; familiarity with tools such as Perplexity Computer is a plus.
  • Quiet workspace, strong internet, and a working headset and webcam.
  • Available during standard U.S. business hours, with Central Time preferred.
  • Remote position based in the U.S. only.
  • Experience in K-12 education, competitive athletics, or youth sports programs is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
  • Completed sales training, bootcamp, or coursework in sales, communication, or business development is a plus.
