Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and system integrations.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument and optimize the full top-of-funnel to improve meetings booked, pipeline created, and conversion performance.
  • Build and maintain integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make.
  • Evaluate, test, and adopt new AI and GTM tools as the resident expert for the team.
  • Ensure data quality and synchronization across sales systems and workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure performance metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Comfort shipping quickly, keeping solutions simple, and working independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
