Description

  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for new enterprise customers from kickoff through successful integration.
  • Build and maintain integration scripts, tooling, and documentation to speed up customer deployment.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and translate customer needs into engineering solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the roadmap.
  • Develop reusable onboarding playbooks and internal tools to scale the deployment process.
  • Travel to customer sites occasionally for critical onboarding milestones or technical workshops.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or another backend language, with the ability to read and write production-quality code.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and data infrastructure tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong project management instincts and the ability to juggle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI/ML and interest in helping customers unlock value from cutting-edge technology.
  • Prior experience at an AI/ML or developer tools company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, or ML model deployment is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise software environments such as SSO, VPCs, and data residency requirements is preferred.
  • Background in customer-facing engineering roles such as forward deployment, solutions engineering, or professional services is preferred.
