Description

  • Own the adaptation and execution of educational materials created by the Curriculum Development Team.
  • Facilitate customer success and growth by driving training-related KPIs such as product adoption, feature usage, and customer retention.
  • Develop and launch 1-to-many training strategies that increase attendance and content consumption.
  • Deliver live trainings across formats ranging from 1-on-1 sessions to webinars with more than 1,000 attendees.
  • Partner with Customer Education, marketing, sales, customer success, and Curriculum Development teams to align on learning objectives and training outcomes.
  • Measure training effectiveness and iterate on curriculum based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to inform curriculum updates and product roadmap decisions.
  • Transform workflows by incorporating AI into systems and ways of working.
  • Support a rapidly growing customer base with a balance of scale and customer-centric service.

Requirements

  • Experience building and nurturing customer relationships through live trainings and webinars.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across in-person, phone, video, and email channels.
  • Comfort presenting live and on camera, and creating engaging live sessions and videos.
  • Ability to analyze data using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Background or strong interest in marketing, especially engaging DTC brands.
  • Experience using ecommerce platforms and advising customers on marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working on cross-functional teams.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools or workflows and interest in learning responsible AI use.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $88,000 to $132,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • Variable compensation / OTE for sales and customer success roles.
