Description

  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models using PyTorch.
  • Deploy models to cloud and edge production environments.
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and inference.
  • Integrate ML models into real-time and batch processing systems.
  • Optimize model accuracy, latency, throughput, and resource use.
  • Implement model monitoring, versioning, and deployment strategies.
  • Work with signal-processing, sonar, sensor, and time-series data.
  • Improve local development workflows and CI/CD for ML systems using modern tooling and GitHub Actions.
  • Develop prototypes and experiments to evaluate new ML techniques and approaches.
  • Communicate complex machine learning concepts to varied audiences.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with Python and machine learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in PyTorch for building and training neural networks.
  • Experience training and serving models in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment.
  • Experience optimizing models for production performance and scale.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, model-serving frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
  • Strong machine learning fundamentals, including model architecture design, training strategies, and evaluation.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning, digital signal processing, time-series or sensor-data processing, edge deployment, distributed training, model compression, open-source contributions, research, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
