Description

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify, correct, and prevent quality issues.
  • Develop and implement data quality policies, procedures, standards, scripts, and dashboards.
  • Perform statistical testing, data cleansing, transformation, validation, and ad hoc analysis on large datasets.
  • Create quality assurance reports and maintain monitoring dashboards using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with data operations, reporting, and internal teams to improve data collection, storage, ingestion, and transformation processes.
  • Document processes, prepare findings and recommendations, and present results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participate in project planning and SAFe Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, conduct peer reviews, and train internal users and customers.
  • Manage multiple client and project priorities while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and conditional formatting.
  • Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight.
  • Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, data modeling, and data governance frameworks.
  • Experience with SAFe or Scrum Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the United States for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • SAFe Agile certification and GitHub experience preferred.
  • Healthcare IT, HIPAA, CMS processes, and standards experience preferred.
