Description

  • Build the AI-powered FP&A reporting infrastructure on GCP using BigQuery, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google Workspace.
  • Migrate reports and dashboards from Looker Studio and Google Sheets to the new platform.
  • Design and implement data pipelines from BigQuery, Sheets, and country-team files, including validation and error handling.
  • Build AI agents and workflows that generate reports, commentary, and variance explanations.
  • Automate recurring finance tasks with SQL, Python, and Google Apps Script.
  • Document architecture, processes, and workflows for ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain data quality, consistency, access controls, and secure handling of confidential data in AI tools.
  • Support ad hoc analyses for the finance team and wider business.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data through an internship, side project, or university project.
  • Solid SQL skills, including SELECT, JOIN, and GROUP BY; window functions are a plus.
  • Basic Python and/or Apps Script/JavaScript skills, with willingness to write production-quality code.
  • Hands-on interest in GCP, particularly BigQuery and Vertex AI; personal or course projects count.
  • Practical experience using AI assistants such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT for coding and analysis, with critical evaluation of outputs.
  • Understanding that financial data requires verification and strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical, independent approach to finding solutions.
  • Fluent Polish and English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
