Description

  • Build and maintain analytics-ready people datasets using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
  • Partner with data engineering and warehouse teams to integrate Workday, Greenhouse, and other data sources.
  • Design and maintain Tableau, Databricks, and AI-enabled dashboards, applications, conversational interfaces, and automated insight delivery.
  • Track workforce metrics including headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, mobility, promotions, organizational structure, and representation.
  • Lead analytical projects from scoping and data preparation through analysis, visualization, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture leaders and business stakeholders to define needs and deliver practical analytical solutions.
  • Improve analytical workflows using AI tools and contribute to AI-enabled people analytics capabilities.
  • Maintain data quality, metric governance, accuracy, privacy, and appropriate access controls.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering.
  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for querying and transforming large datasets.
  • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake; Databricks is strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing curated, analysis-ready analytical datasets and data models.
  • Experience building production-ready dashboards using Tableau, Databricks AI/BI Dashboards, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • Strong data visualization, storytelling, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR, recruiting, or workforce data, including people metrics, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in analytics, including validating outputs and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; experience with Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, workforce planning, or AI-powered applications is preferred.
  • Position is based in San Jose, Costa Rica; applications must be submitted in English.
