Description

  • Drive expansion and adoption of the company’s software and services.
  • Manage the onboarding process for each new customer.
  • Support the sales team in driving and managing referrals.
  • Review the customer journey and take a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
  • Provide customer insights to the product team to improve the platform.
  • Maintain customer health and introduce relevant new features at the right time.
  • Educate customers and their teams on product value and uncover use cases before issues escalate.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to share information and strengthen collaboration.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly onboarding goals.
  • Upsell existing accounts to more premium tiers.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS customer success.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Tenacity and willingness to pursue hard goals despite obstacles.
  • Flexibility and creativity to solve problems as they emerge.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with standard communication, collaboration, and task management tools.
  • Understanding of sales strategy, relationship building, and pipeline processes.
  • Experience using the HubSpot Sales and/or Marketing suites (preferred).
  • Experience selling software to retail or restaurant customer bases (preferred).
  • Experience working as a frontline employee in retail, restaurant, or service industry roles (preferred).
  • Experience working in early-stage, high-growth company environments (preferred).
