Description

  • Own the full member lifecycle, including welcome calls, onboarding, quarterly touchpoints, health checks, renewals, and ascension opportunities.
  • Design and run onboarding calls for every new member within days of enrollment.
  • Improve and operationalize the systems and SOPs that support the member experience.
  • Proactively re-engage members who miss events or go quiet before disengagement deepens.
  • Facilitate warm introductions between members based on their business goals and needs.
  • Surface and place upgrade opportunities, including higher membership tiers and 1:1 coaching, at the right time.
  • Own renewal conversations and, when needed, conduct exit interviews and explore retention alternatives such as downgrades or custom arrangements.
  • Hire, train, and manage a small team of Member Success Advisors as the function grows.
  • Personally handle escalations and retain responsibility for high-profile member accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in high-touch client success, account management, or membership experience, ideally in a paid membership, high-ticket coaching, or mastermind environment.
  • Exposure to real estate entrepreneurs or experience working closely with founders and business owners scaling a company.
  • A revenue-focused mindset with ownership of retention, renewals, and ascension outcomes.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving instincts and the ability to re-engage members before they disengage.
  • Ability to improve an existing process into a stronger, more intentional operating system.
  • Polished, professional presence suited to working with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Comfort being measured on outcomes such as renewal rate and ascension revenue rather than activity.
  • Experience with low-ticket, transactional customer support is not a fit for this role.
  • Interest in real estate or business ownership is important and preferred.
  • Direct reporting experience with senior revenue leadership is a plus, though not required.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus monthly performance bonus and commission on membership ascension/upgrades.
  • Target total on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000+.
