Description

  • Meet revenue targets and continually pursue new Starlink sales opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise customers directly across Latin America.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers to understand customer needs and match them with the right Starlink product.
  • Develop and defend alternative go-to-market strategies internally.
  • Partner with market access, government affairs, finance, and legal teams.
  • Gather customer requirements and collaborate with product engineering to improve Starlink offerings.
  • Represent Starlink at regional conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development or sales.
  • Fluent in English with bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
  • Strong sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, preferably in satellite/telecommunications for enterprise or government customers.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales.
  • 5+ years of enterprise technology direct sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills related to business and technical issues.
  • Highly detail-oriented, diligent, hard-working, and effective in customer-facing interactions.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate with customers.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
  • Must meet ITAR export authorization requirements as a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for U.S. Department of State authorization.
