Description

  • Partner with HR Generalists to manage firmwide recruiting, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
  • Serve as the dedicated recruiting coordinator for the Head of Equities Business Development and own end-to-end searches for Equities Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and other investment professionals.
  • Manage interview processes for investment hires by coordinating complex schedules, facilitating briefings and debriefs, and maintaining momentum throughout lengthy searches.
  • Prepare and present candidate tracking reports, pipeline dashboards, and market intelligence summaries for leadership.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, reflecting the firm’s culture and professionalism.
  • Partner with HR and Legal on offer letters, compensation structuring, and onboarding coordination for investment hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with firm policy.
  • Analyze people data and prepare ad hoc reports on headcount, recruiting activity, and HR metrics.
  • Support firmwide HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance review cycles, database management, wellness programming, and DE&I efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience, preferably in financial services, with exposure to recruiting, HR, or talent functions.
  • Knowledge of or strong curiosity about the investment management industry and front-office roles such as Portfolio Manager, Analyst, and Trader.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Greenhouse and Workday experience is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with senior investment professionals and external candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and priorities.
  • Analytical ability to build and maintain pipeline reports, headcount dashboards, and compensation benchmarking summaries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and take initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Experience in equities and multi-strategy platforms is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
