Description

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in ADP Workforce Now, including hires, job changes, terminations, and supporting documents.
  • Manage new hire orientation and onboarding, including background checks, I-9 completion, benefits enrollment, and first-day coordination.
  • Support offboarding processes, including post-employment documentation, exit surveys, and final pay.
  • Assist with administration of company benefit plans and help ensure team members understand and can access their benefits.
  • Support leave of absence and reasonable accommodation administration in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and bi-weekly runs, employee record updates, bonus and incentive pay, and pay exception tracking.
  • Maintain the monthly scorecard program for property team members and their leaders.
  • Assist with handbook updates, policy development, employee relations investigations, audits, reporting, and employment compliance documentation.
  • Support or facilitate training on employee relations, compliance, harassment prevention, and manager best practices.
  • Manage the People Experience Team inbox and respond to day-to-day team member questions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Experience adapting to new technologies and interest in workflow automations and AI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise exceptional judgment, including escalating appropriately.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively in a high-growth, ever-changing environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work as a contractor in the country of residence and be 18 years or older.
