Description

  • Partner with Sales Directors to conduct customer discovery and identify AI-driven solutions for client business challenges.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between medical affairs teams and Sorcero’s AI solutions by translating medical requirements into technical implementations.
  • Maintain best-practice guides and playbooks to improve readiness for AI solution adoption.
  • Support AI roadmap development for pharmaceutical customers based on their strategic vision and real-world medical affairs needs.
  • Assess and inform internal capabilities in medical affairs.
  • Work with Customer Success project leads to ensure implementation aligns with customer requirements and agreed project scope.
  • Facilitate customer understanding of responsible AI tool applications.
  • Co-lead customer training and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to align features with customer needs and represent client medical affairs requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance across field excellence, insights management, KOL engagement, publication planning, congress management, and impact demonstration.

Requirements

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with expertise in Medical Affairs, Medical Operations, Medical Analytics, or Tech Ops.
  • Proven experience working with field teams.
  • Strong understanding of medical insights processes, requirements, and best practices.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharma or biotech, including around 5 years of progressive experience in medical affairs.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry challenges and AI technology opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, project leadership experience, and strong organizational skills.
  • Commercial experience is preferred.
