Description

  • Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts based on defined criteria.
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
  • Qualify leads by assessing fit with the ideal customer profile and understanding their needs.
  • Document and update lead information and interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead-generation efforts with campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outbound lead generation, ideally in a SaaS or subscription business model.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a strategic and structured workflow.
  • Strong English communication and listening skills, including the ability to handle objections and take feedback.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Comfort using Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo (preferred tools mentioned in the role).
  • Must be able to work remotely from Australia; some locations operate fully remote.
  • All offers are contingent on background check and reference verification.
  • US visa sponsorship is not currently supported for this role.
