Description

  • Generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned territory and close business to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Manage prospecting efforts for key accounts and work with channel partners to build territory pipeline.
  • Use multi-channel outreach, including LinkedIn, email, video, cold calls, meetings, and networking, to convert prospects into new logos.
  • Own the book of business by documenting buying criteria, buying process, next steps, owners, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Size and quote customer software license needs.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, video conference, and on-site meetings when necessary.
  • Support account-based, customer-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Share sales best practices and contribute to the broader sales team and organization.
  • Accurately capture account and opportunity details in Salesforce.com and maintain daily activity and pipeline forecasts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model.
  • Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
  • Proven territory planning and prospecting experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, calling, and networking.
  • Experience moving deals from lead qualification to closed won while growing pipeline in prospect accounts.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers and negotiating enterprise deals over $50K USD.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level contacts and tailor value messages by persona using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
  • Strong Salesforce.com expertise and comfort managing sales activity and forecasting in SFDC.
  • Professional-level written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, listening, objection-handling, and coachability skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, hungry attitude and ability to work as a team player toward company goals.
  • Experience in a customer-centric sales environment is preferred.
