Description

  • Oversee and manage the execution of [solidcore] coach training Levels 1-5 and supplemental educational workshops.
  • Handle administrative work, training coordination, and post-training reporting for education programs.
  • Support team members and cross-functional partners in delivering Level and supplemental workshops virtually and in person.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine, create, and archive training content and educational curricula.
  • Create and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materials.
  • Maintain a monthly coaching quota of 16 classes.
  • Lead and motivate coaches and workshop participants through coaching and education.
  • Travel as needed to conduct workshops based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Wisconsin, Chicago, Minnesota, or Colorado.
  • Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred.
  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness.
  • One year of experience as a leading [solidcore] coach is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, connect with, and inspire a team.
  • Experience coaching and motivating groups.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong time management skills and consistency in completing tasks.
  • Proficiency with G-suite and Zoom.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
