Description

  • Lead a team of Solutions Onboarding Specialists/Managers and Data Associates supporting customer onboarding, training, and platform adoption.
  • Deliver hands-on training and workshops that help customers use the Faro Platform independently and to its full potential.
  • Work with customer user groups such as Clinical Scientists, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Medical Writers to create relevant training experiences.
  • Apply clinical development expertise from protocol design through trial execution to contextualize customer workflows during onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and self-service resources tailored to how clients use the software.
  • Partner with the Product Experience team to keep client enablement materials consistent.
  • Beta test new platform features from an end-user perspective and provide structured feedback to the Product team.
  • Support accurate configuration and labeling of clinical content within the platform through oversight of Data Associates.
  • Travel periodically for team meetings, all-company meetings, and customer-site trainings or workshops as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a physical or life science or statistics discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical research or drug development with protocol-level knowledge to contextualize customer workflows.
  • Prior experience as a Clinical Scientist, Clinical Program Manager, Study Manager, CRA, CTM, or Data Manager at a sponsor, CRO, or clinical site is preferred.
  • Experience designing or delivering clinical training programs or user enablement initiatives; instructional design knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to create externally facing training artifacts such as user guides, how-to videos, quick reference cards, and FAQ documents.
  • Experience directly training end users on software platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial technologies such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, and TMF.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trial workflows.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, facilitation, instructional communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
