Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across three brands for distinct audiences and business goals.
  • Own the content calendar and publish daily posts across relevant social platforms.
  • Manage and optimize organic and paid social campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create, edit, and publish content including copy, visuals, and short-form video while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor and engage with followers to build community and strengthen brand trust.
  • Lead social media coverage for events, including live posting, recaps, and amplification.
  • Write and distribute LinkedIn content and company newsletters across social and email channels.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy and content decisions.
  • Track performance metrics, report on KPIs, and use insights to refine campaigns and audience targeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and X; YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram are a plus.
  • Proven success growing engagement, reach, and brand awareness through organic and paid strategies.
  • Experience in B2B environments, preferably in Insurtech, SaaS, or health insurance.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is required.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency.
  • Must complete HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification and HubSpot Social Media Marketing II Certification within 90 days if not already certified.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Canva, and other AI tools; experience with a social management platform is required.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills across formats and audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort presenting ideas and performance insights to senior leadership.
  • Basic design and video skills.
  • Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods and able to travel 10–15% for business reviews, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone and live in the United States with valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Experience managing senior leadership’s social media presence is preferred.

  • Base salary of $76,000–$90,000, plus equity when applicable and variable/incentive compensation.
