Description

  • Set up and manage a recruitment pipeline, including publishing job ads across multiple portals.
  • Source and network with potential hires through social media, professional groups, and virtual events.
  • Screen candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and determine progression to the next stage of hiring.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager and department heads to define qualification criteria for open roles.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and employees for current and future vacancies.
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress throughout recruitment.
  • Use web-based tools and social media to monitor hiring trends, post openings, and follow up with candidates.
  • Evaluate recruitment software and agency performance and recommend process improvements.
  • Support onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for U.S. hires.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume candidates, such as 100 per month.
  • Willingness to work the night shift on a Pacific Standard Time schedule, equivalent to a graveyard shift in Manila time.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with major job sites and sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Workable is preferred.
  • Experience hiring educators is preferred.
  • Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to attract more candidates is preferred.
  • Must have a laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM, Core 5 or above, and an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
