Description

  • Own expansion, retention, and long-term success for a portfolio of existing key merchant accounts.
  • Execute strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews, and client-facing product training.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to drive product adoption and collect client-led feature requests.
  • Build, improve, or maintain CRM systems, client health metrics, and standardized reporting workflows.
  • Track and report on merchant churn, revenue growth, retention, client satisfaction, and feature adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to help clients successfully adopt Breeze’s payment solutions.
  • Support high-priority merchant accounts and resolve complex client issues across internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience in Payments or FinTech, preferably working with US merchants.
  • Experience working in scale-up and high-growth environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority merchant accounts and complex client issues effectively.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with global Sales, Product, Tech, and Risk/Compliance teams.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with crypto, cross-border, or multi-currency payment products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with client health scoring tools and/or BI reporting dashboards is a plus.
  • Background supporting SE/FDEs in technical integrations is a plus.
