Description

  • Lead smaller accounts or support senior account leaders on larger accounts, depending on assignment.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication on project progress and campaign delivery.
  • Produce weekly status reports and keep projects on timeline.
  • Oversee development and delivery of project and campaign materials.
  • Coordinate internal workflows by booking meetings with Creative, Digital, Client Services, and Editorial teams.
  • Raise purchase orders for external subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain deliverable quality through accuracy checks and final QC support.
  • Track budgets, resource use, and financial performance to ensure profitable delivery.
  • Prepare for WIP calls, forecasting, revenue recognition, and budget reconciliation support.
  • Identify organic growth and new business opportunities and raise them with account leadership.
  • Manage external service providers and coach junior team members as required.
  • Travel to client meetings and carry out other duties within the remit of the role.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising, ideally within a healthcare advertising agency.
  • Experience working across global, regional, and domestic markets.
  • Ability to tailor strategies to different geographies and organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Understanding of relevant codes of practice and legislation for communication with healthcare professionals, payers, patients, third-party groups, and the public.
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, including data protection, health and safety, information security, and business ethics.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings as required.
