Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across CTV/OTT, digital video, and audio streaming channels.
  • Negotiate, set up, and monitor programmatic deals such as PMPs, Preferred Deals, and Guaranteed deals.
  • Serve as the platform expert for primary DSPs and troubleshoot complex setup issues.
  • Drive audience strategy, including audience testing and application.
  • Work with first-party data ingestion, testing, and implementation across the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Use Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools to analyze large datasets and generate optimization insights.
  • Manage trafficking and ad serving functions in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).
  • Handle creative rotation, verification, and site placement management.
  • Own tag building, implementation, and QA for media vendors and campaign types.
  • Partner with Media Strategy, Analytics, Product, and other internal stakeholders to align trading strategies and communicate performance.
  • Monitor pacing, deliverability, and performance in real time and make adjustments to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Build reports, share marketing performance updates, and contribute feedback to internal strategy and product teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on programmatic trading experience, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful programmatic video campaigns against defined KPIs.
  • Deep working knowledge of multiple DSPs, such as Yahoo, Amazon, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
  • Strong working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), including tag generation, trafficking, and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign reporting.
  • Experience with Tableau and Amplitude is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of ad operations processes, including tag building, implementation, troubleshooting, and verification vendor management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present learnings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
