Description

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of growth marketing campaigns across Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic, Online Video, and other relevant channels.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve CAC, conversion rates, and LTV.
  • Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on acquisition strategies.
  • Use analytics tools to derive insights from campaign performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams on messaging, targeting, and marketing strategy.
  • Run experiments on creative, targeting, and bid optimization to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assist with budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Support lifecycle marketing efforts to engage existing customers and drive repeat usage, upsells, or cross-sells.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic, and Online Video.
  • Experience in consumer finance is required.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Trade Desk, and similar platform-specific tools.
  • Ability to configure campaigns and use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing to engage current customers and drive repeat usage, upselling, or cross-selling.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with a proven ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in hitting aggressive growth targets and managing large budgets.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with a hard-working, can-do attitude.
  • Strong structured thinking and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
