Description

  • Own strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, display/programmatic, review sites, retargeting, and emerging channels.
  • Apply a B2C-style growth lens to paid media through creative testing, segmented audiences, rapid experimentation, and message and offer variation.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets with discipline while enabling fast, high-value testing.
  • Build and maintain a central experimentation engine for paid media, including hypothesis creation, test design, QA, launch, and scale-or-kill decisions.
  • Increase testing velocity across creative, landing pages, audiences, offers, and channels.
  • Reduce execution friction by introducing templates, modular workflows, and streamlined approval processes.
  • Champion the use of GenAI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve personalization, creative iteration, and AI-augmented decision-making.
  • Create and maintain paid media operating standards, including campaign templates, QA checklists, naming conventions, and routing/setup guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across segments, regions, and teams.
  • Lead enablement for channel managers and equip them to execute with speed and quality.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition.
  • Proven ability to build high-velocity testing systems and drive rapid experimentation.
  • Deep channel expertise with both creative sensibility and a performance mindset.
  • Experience building frameworks, processes, and centralized standards.
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C environments is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort leading in fast-paced, dynamic environments and influencing cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or other emerging AI tools is preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale paid media budgets is required.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting is indicated by the role’s #LI-Remote designation.

  • US base salary of $166,040 to $260,920.
