Description

  • Prospect into assigned accounts and secure meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and present a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory within the first 90 days.
  • Build and manage a target prospect list and regional sales plan.
  • Articulate and manage complex sales cycles across the full product suite.
  • Develop relationships across strategic accounts, from technical contributors to C-level executives.
  • Navigate complex organizations and sell to multiple stakeholders, including the C-suite.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity data in Salesforce.
  • Create satisfied, referenceable customers through disciplined account management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling solutions into IT technology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Experience selling both SaaS and on-premise solutions is required.
  • Previous sales methodology training is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS integration or applications is preferred.
  • Strong customer references are preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing the sales cycle from business or IT champion to C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is strongly preferred.
