Description

  • Oversee initial claims file submissions and conduct quality assurance reviews to identify potential issues before submission.
  • Manage rejected claims from external partners, perform root-cause analysis, and resubmit corrected claims.
  • Track and recover stale or missed billing opportunities caused by vendor delays or data gaps.
  • Build and maintain master rate lists based on formularies, utilization management, and product-specific rates.
  • Match billed amounts to rate lists to identify missing, incorrect, or improperly billed amounts.
  • Verify incoming payments against invoiced amounts and dispute short payments or missing funds.
  • Build rebate performance reports and monthly pro-forma rebate estimates.
  • Maintain and optimize internal dashboards to provide visibility into rebate trends for leadership and sales teams.
  • Serve as the primary link between internal data and external partners to ensure rebate revenue is captured accurately.
  • Support financial integrity by maintaining the reconciliation process from claims to invoices to cash received.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with a GPO or similar rebate aggregator platform preferred.
  • Proficiency managing large data sets at the NDC-11 level.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of the reconciliation loop from claims to invoices to actual cash received.
  • Proven ability to track stale billing and post-billing rejects through resolution.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management practices, including utilization management and clinical program design.
  • Experience with rebate programs, payment reconciliation, or claims lifecycle operations preferred.
