Description

  • Independently manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Provide written and verbal clinical expertise to internal teams as a subject matter expert.
  • Support the clinical strategy team in expanding drug pathways and clinical programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, analytics, clinical, marketing, and other teams on program development and expansion.
  • Provide clinical input for pre-sales presentations, responses, and new client implementation, including joining sales and implementation calls when needed.
  • Create, update, and review clinical content for marketing materials, members, brokers, and campaigns.
  • Evaluate market trends and work with data teams to analyze claims and model savings for clinical programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to sales and marketing by proactively sharing pharmacy trends, programs, and industry changes.
  • Interact with external partners as needed to support clinical programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree in Pharmacy, or RPh/PharmD.
  • Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in any state.
  • 3+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in managed care, or completion of a managed care residency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver formal presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented work ethic with the ability to take initiative unprompted.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience supporting clinical presentations, sales enablement, or client implementation is preferred.
