Description

  • Design and develop scalable REST APIs with consistent integration patterns.
  • Build and maintain modular, reusable libraries and components used across products and workflows.
  • Develop front-end elements in Vue, React, and TypeScript for user and partner experiences.
  • Contribute technical documentation, examples, OpenAPI specifications, and Postman collections to the Developer Portal.
  • Improve the performance, reliability, and security of the integration ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to improve the developer experience.
  • Support the foundations of the Smeetz Developer Platform and related integration workflows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building libraries, reusable components, or similar modular architecture.
  • Strong background developing, documenting, and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with Docker or similar container platforms.
  • Solid testing experience with Jest, Mocha, Sinon, Chai, Vitest, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance considerations and best practices in large-scale systems.
  • Strong awareness of security principles and ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Experience working with integration workflows, API specifications, or developer documentation.
  • Experience with Vue, React, and/or Node.js is preferred.
  • Ability to build polished, reusable UI components such as calendars, carts, product selectors, or checkout steps is preferred.
  • Prior ownership of a developer-facing product such as an API layer, integration framework, plugin system, or internal tooling is preferred.
  • Experience producing technical content such as code samples, integration guides, OpenAPI files, Postman collections, and documentation is preferred.
