Description

  • Serve as primary account manager for high-value Swiss and DACH accounts during the maternity cover period.
  • Handle renewals, upsells, business reviews, and day-to-day client satisfaction for existing accounts.
  • Dedicate part of the initial period to prospecting, pipeline building, and network development.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads across Switzerland and the broader DACH region.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demos through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Represent Smeetz at trade shows, conferences, and industry associations to build market presence.
  • Visit prospects and customers in person across Switzerland and DACH to deepen relationships and accelerate deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to share customer insights and adapt materials for the local market.
  • Use and contribute to AI-driven tools and automation in daily sales work.

Requirements

  • Native-level German is mandatory.
  • Swiss-German and French are a strong plus.
  • English fluency is required for internal collaboration.
  • Proven full-cycle AE, account management, or closing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling to hospitality, leisure, ticketing, or attractions is a strong advantage.
  • Deep familiarity with the leisure, attractions, or culture vertical is a significant plus.
  • Comfort owning the full sales process from discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to manage existing client relationships, including renewals, upsells, and business reviews.
  • Strong pipeline-building and qualification skills with a structured prospecting approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, plus modern sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI assistants like Claude.
  • Confident running complex commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable traveling frequently across Switzerland and the DACH region.
