Description

  • Strategically engage senior customer stakeholders to expand revenue from existing Smartsheet accounts.
  • Land and expand new enterprise customers by selling Smartsheet’s full suite of products and services.
  • Grow account footprint toward enterprise-wide contract agreements.
  • Generate pipeline and manage end-to-end sales cycles for companies with more than 5,000 employees using the MEDDICC framework.
  • Use multithreading and consistent outreach across new and existing accounts to drive business growth.
  • Lead consultative discovery calls and align customer needs to Smartsheet solutions.
  • Respond to customer requirements, including RFPs, and help define collaboration goals, success criteria, and program strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Consulting on complex sales cycles.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and manage forecasts to exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Develop strategic account plans and use channel partners where appropriate to drive customer traction.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in a complex enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience prospecting and managing a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
  • Experience in strategic account relationship management.
  • Executive presence and the ability to interact effectively with senior corporate leaders.
  • Understanding of solution and consultative selling across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • A value- and ROI-driven sales approach focused on customer outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate strategy into action and hold self accountable for performance goals.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and ability to learn new technical concepts.
  • Ability to continuously improve and adopt best practices in a hybrid workplace.
