Description

  • Identify and penetrate major Fortune 1000 prospects through multi-threaded outreach, including collaboration with channel partners and VARs.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases for electrification solutions using ROI and total cost of ownership models.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams across Engineering, Policy, and Legal to manage complex sales cycles, NDAs, contracts, and RFPs.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to expand pilot deployments into regional or national rollouts.
  • Maintain an accurate 180-day rolling forecast in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Sell EV charging solutions that address customer sustainability, regulatory, and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with partner account managers and internal teams to align go-to-market strategies and maximize partner-sourced leads.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with complex legal and procurement frameworks.
  • Ability to use ROI data, public and private funding sources, and utility rebates to support deal closure.
  • Experience in Fleet Ops, Energy, CRE, or Automotive OEMs, and EV market experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast territory for site visits and relationship building.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategy to market and policy changes.

Benefits

  • Targeted US base salary range of $58,500 to $170,000.
  • Eligible compensation may also include equity, benefits, and variable pay.
