Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate growth in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships within the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative selling and problem solving.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage sales activities across the defined territory.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while reporting to a Regional Manager - Oncology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with sustained performance above goal or recognized sales awards.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Willingness to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Consultative sales mindset with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must act with urgency and a strong focus on closing business.
  • Candidates with PA, NP, or RN backgrounds with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year, depending on level and experience.
