Description

  • Develop prospecting strategy with the Business Development resource.
  • Identify ideal customers in the assigned region.
  • Develop the overall sales strategy with sales leadership.
  • Execute successful sales campaigns and ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations with Varicent leadership and customers.
  • Own account activity metrics, conversations, and revenue targets.
  • Build and refine account strategies with manager support.
  • Leverage partner relationships with ISVs and GSIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale the enterprise sales process.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Varicent’s product and the SPM/ICM space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience building strategic C-level relationships and selling to C-suite executives within major SaaS accounts.
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Interest in the ICM and/or CRM/SaaS technology space and willingness to deepen product and industry knowledge quickly.
  • Hustle, determination, entrepreneurial ambition, customer-centric approach, and deep sales expertise.
  • Proven success selling into large LATAM companies.
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, with flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
  • Experience with enterprise sales in a fast-paced, global environment is preferred.
