Description

  • Coordinate employee life cycle processes, including onboarding, personnel file management, employee inquiries, and offboarding.
  • Lead process improvement projects that improve People Operations workflows and events.
  • Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for HR, compensation, payroll, and benefits inquiries through FreshService.
  • Support compliance activities such as US immigration, audits, and I-9 verifications.
  • Provide in-office support for onboarding, mail handling, and culture-building events.
  • Partner with the People Technology team to improve Workday infrastructure, automate processes, and implement self-service features.
  • Maintain process documentation and employee self-service materials.
  • Build and maintain reports in Workday and Smartsheet for the People & Culture team.
  • Refine audit procedures, including data reconciliations and control documentation.
  • Assist with Workday testing for business process updates and releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in HR operations or an employee service center.
  • 1+ years of experience managing or leading team HR projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, including the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and exercise good personal judgment.
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to deliver within defined timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
